If you have not had the opportunity to watch this "reality" show on Bravo, turn the channel this Wednesday night @ 10 and watch Top Chef.
Intriguing, insightful and unscripted.
I could eat rare hamburgers covered with blue cheese crumbles and topped with thick slices of hickory smoked bacon in between a homemade honey wheat roll nearly every day.
But, with all the bad press on red meat, I've had to learn how to cook and impress through different avenues than a gas grill.
